Other items such as LCD projector can be arranged at an additional cost of £150.00 per meeting. The two meeting rooms have climatic control and adjustable heating and there are plenty of power points and telephone / modem points. Lunch Requirements
Express by Holiday Inn Edinburgh City Centre offer a high quality buffet lunch option, to be enjoyed in the Great Room; our dedicated breakout area located on floor 2. For delegates having a working lunch, the buffet can be presented in the meeting room. To order a lunch buffet simply fax or e-mail the completed order form to the hotel.

Unplanned Meetings
Drop in for an informal one-to-one meeting with a colleague in our lounge bar and only pay for drinks as taken. Hot beverages are priced at £1.95 per mug including biscuits. Non-resident continental style breakfast buffet is charged at £4.95 per person.
